The Old Registry, Newgate Street

AM&G Construction is currently working with Northumberland Homes Ltd on various residential developments in the heart of Morpeth, including Grade 2 listed building, The Old Registry.

The redundant Registry Office will be given a new lease of life once converted into 12 new luxury apartments, while still maintaining the original architecture of the building.

The Old Registry, originally built in 1750 is one of Morpeth’s oldest buildings which has stood vacant since 2014.

Surrounding the apartments, Northumberland Ltd are also constructing four new dormer bungalows with private parking for residents, which in-itself is a rare luxury for the heart of Morpeth.

Bradley Hall is currently advertising the prime real estate which is set to complete in October 2019.

AM&G Construction & Real Estate developer departments are actively involved in the design process of the new builds and conversion. Whereas AM&G Construction & Real Estate developer have been project managing the development alongside Northumberland Homes.

Construction began in November 2018.
